Raspberry Lemon Chicken
Tonight after watching 4 hours of the Food Network, I decided to do something different. So I mixed together some lemon juice and raspberry preserves to make a glaze for some chicken. Then I just broiled the chicken breast and put on the glaze. It sure did taste interesting. I think I would have it again, but only if I bought a broiling pan. Using a cookie sheet did not work well as I now have a wad of burnt sauce on the sheet.

Looking for some menu ideas this weekend, I stumbled upon The Food Network's website (www.food.com), while looking for my favorite recipe site (that's not it).
Their thanksgiving videos were really interesting. Some of the dishes were kinda weird (like the Italian salad) but I watched them all while my mouth watered.
The Italians arrived a bit late for Thanksgiving (the first one that is).
I love reading about your cooking Sean. Do you make anything without sugar?
Well... no, probably not.
If you like reading about my cooking, you may be interested in the sugar-packed heart-stopping breakfast I made a few weeks ago. I made chocolate chip peanut butter pancakes with cinnamon maple syrup. 8 of them was a bit much. I think I went through a liter of juice.
